Well, it had to happen! Man-Flu had struck me down for a few days! 

Luckily, it's gone now....it was touch and go there for a minute, but I pulled through!

Thumbs up to Beechams Flu Plus! I'm now back and raring to go.....

Our Birmingham 4Networking group has recently moved to the Grosvenor Casino on Broad St, (part of the Five Ways Leisure complex).

I have to say, having never been inside a casino outside of Vegas, it was a truly fantastic experience! They looked after us very well indeed, so am thoroughly looking forward to our next event there on the 15th October.

What could be better? Boosting your business profile, AND getting free lessons in a game of your choice?!
