TED is one of my favourite online resources for a multitude of topics; well, essentially, any kind of topic you could think of, there’s a talk on it. For those of you who are unfamiliar with TED, it’s an organisation that promotes new thinking and knowledge from all kinds of people all over the world.

This video is one I came across recently, shows a brief run down of what can be learned from analysing 5 million books that have been published over the centuries. What are some common themes, do they resonate with modern life, all presented in a very watchable style. Enjoy….
